Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Anukarma, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic products safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. We work with trusted logistics partners to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience throughout India.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹80 will be applied. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. There are no hidden fees.

How Delivery Works

Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team conducts a thorough quality check to ensure all products are in perfect condition. After inspection, your items are carefully packed using high-quality, secure packaging materials. The shipment is then handed over to our trusted logistics partner for delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

In case the delivery partner is unable to deliver your package due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, they will contact you to coordinate the delivery. Up to three delivery attempts will be made. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Product Packaging

Every product is packed with care. Standard products are protected with bubble wrap, while fragile items such as glass bottles receive an additional layer of protection. All products are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent any damage during shipping. We take full responsibility for any damage caused during transit.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India. You can check serviceability by entering your PIN code on the product page or at the checkout stage of your order.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, except on Sundays and public holidays. The estimated delivery time ranges between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. While we aim for timely deliveries, certain external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect the delivery schedule. Anukarma is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the courier details and a tracking link. You can use this link to track your order in real time. If you need further assistance, our customer support team is always available to help.
